Max Gomberg of the Centimeters is moving to Chicago to collaborate with Loto Ball Show as artist-in -residence for the next 6 months or so starting in March. Previous to the Centimeters, we shared the stage in the BoyScouts of Annihilation and the Parkas. I'm really looking forward to this
Recording - recording is again on hold ... or was partially done but .. being put aside for a better set-up when Brandon's good friend comes to stay at our compound too. He has the good equip and knowledge... so the wait sucks but meanwhile we are building a foundation with the band performance of Loto Ball Show and honing the sound some more, writing more lyrics and songs

I work for an art gallery/ all ages venue in Chicago called Reversible Eye.
we are looking for participants for our series Sep 15 to Nov 10
entitled Public Image Enemy
Public Image Enemy is a multidiscipinary celebration featuring artwork, performance, and music which results from the collision and collaboration of Punk Rock and Hip Hop artists.
the art and music, performance, etc. will be a celebration of the 30th anniversaries of punk rock and hip hop cultures.
we will focus on the places where the two cultures borrow from eachother and / or collaborate with each other
If you know any artists looking for chicago gigs or showings during this period that may fit the bill please let us know
